2.Q: Where is your office?
A: Shanghai, China.
3.Q: Could you develop the design depend on my design brief?
A:Yes,we have professional designer team.And we will make the design for you in a short time.Commonly it will take 4-working day.
4. Q: If we have design with techinical drawing alredy,can you do stand for us?
A:Sure,we can ,we done a lot projects for oversea designer agency and exhibitors.
5.Q: what is your worknet in china and oversea?
A:we have 4 office and 5 factory in china.

7.Q: How can I pay for my order?
A:We accept a variety of payment methods: T/T (Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer), Cash. Please send the payment details via email after payment. So we can check it and prepare your order in advance.
8.Q: Do you accept any other currencies except USD?
A:Yes, we also accept currencies like EURO and RMB.
9.Q: Do I need to pay additional bank fee if pay by T/T (Bank transfer)?
A:would not charge you any fee for bank transfer. But banks would charge bank-to-bank transfer fee.So you need to pay the bank fees.
10.Q: I just forgot 2 items after the order was paid, how should I do?
A:You can place a new order and tell our sales about it, we will arrange it for you and ship them together.
11.Q: How can I track my order?
A:Our sales will send the newest info(including design,drawings and photos) to you by email.So that you know the process of the products and can make everything in control.
